How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and selecting “Order History.” Click on the order to view tracking details.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery time depends on your location. Standard delivery within Northern Nigeria takes 2-5 business days, while nationwide deliveries take 3-7 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Visit your order history and select “Cancel Order.” If the order has already been shipped, please request a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, mobile money, and cash on delivery (selected locations only).
How do refunds work?
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned via your original payment method.
How do I reset my password?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
My account was locked. What should I do?
If you are locked out of your account, contact our support team via email or WhatsApp to regain access.
How do I register as a vendor on Unlock Arewa?
Download the App click Vendor Registration and follow the steps to sign up and start selling.
How do I get paid as a vendor?
Vendor payments are processed weekly/monthly depending on the chosen payment cycle.
